He’s spent the majority of his professional career in the manufacturing industry, developing and leading companies to success. As an ambitious entrepreneur, Steve has advanced education in business management, business accounting, and computer science, all related fields that have been instrumental in his success as a company leader.
Florian Gegier, Director Sales & Business Development, Americas
Florian has 10 years of experience in business development, technical sales, and key account management in the global energy and high-tech industry. He has focused on the Americas, Britain, and southwest Europe. He combines an understanding of sensor technology potential, analytics, and structural health monitoring. Florian speaks English, German, Spanish and Portuguese. He holds an MBA from the University of Liverpool and a degree in international relations from the school of economics at the University of Coimbra in Portugal. He is a true global citizen, a passionate skier, an aviation geek, and a firefighter.
Iain is a highly-experienced resource and infrastructure professional. He has extensive experience with major mining, engineering, and construction companies and has held senior management positions over more than 20 years. His work has included feasibility studies, market reports, test-work, contracts, and construction for greenfield and brownfield projects for public and private companies.
Iain also has an extensive background in IT&T systems and power generation. He has assisted companies with the design, procurement, installation, and commissioning of complex projects in Australia and elsewhere. He is a specialist in innovation and technology with a proven track record in safely delivering unique applications in the resource and infrastructure sectors.
Cameron has extensive experience across the energy, utilities, telecommunications, and infrastructure sectors. His career has been focused on developing, delivering, and managing critical assets, with a particular interest in optimizing infrastructure for essential services.
He has held senior roles covering business leadership, strategy, operations, and development for companies such as Brookfield, Zinfra, Venita, and Veolia. Before joining Hayden Data, Cameron was Chief Executive Officer for Enwave.
Cameron holds a Bachelor’s in environmental engineering, a Master’s in chemical engineering, an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management, and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Patrick holds a BS in accounting, a BBA in business management with an emphasis in oil and gas, and a BBA in finance, all from Colorado Mesa University.
Before joining Hayden Data as Controller, Patrick spent three years working in tax accounting and auditing for a large accounting firm. He has several years of experience in cost accounting and project management. Patrick also served four years in the U.S. Marine Corps as an infantryman.
A Grand Lake, Colorado native, Mike holds a degree in IT from Colorado Mesa University and is a Microsoft Certified Partner. He has been passionate about computers and machines since he was a child. Today he ensures that Hayden’s internal IT infrastructure and networks are running smoothly.
In his free time, Mike enjoys the outdoors around Grand Junction and Fruita for mountain biking, fly fishing, and camping.
Andrew has been fascinated by complex technical systems for his entire life. He holds degrees in manufacturing technology and computer science from Western Colorado Community College and Colorado Mesa University. He is also a former aerospace maintenance technician for the U.S. Air Force.
He is responsible for the integration of critical hardware components and software. He also oversees the code development behind Hayden Data’s interactive user interface. Married and a father of two, Andrew enjoys most of his free time with his young family, either outdoors or designing and building robots with his kids.
Brad has more than 30 years of experience in logistical planning and materials management. He has primarily specialized in procurement and materials with a focus on project management.
Brad has a strong entrepreneurial spirit. He currently owns a successful small business.
Brad is also a former U.S. Marine. In his free time he is an avid outdoorsman, skier, hunter, and hockey player. He also has a great affinity for motorcycles, both on and off the road. He is married and has two daughters.
Alicia 15+ years of experience with office management and customer service. Whether it’s running a reception desk, managing an office, or using her skills to provide outstanding executive assistant abilities, she enjoys every opportunity to help.
Driven by her love of helping people and seeing them succeed, she takes pride in providing the best assistance possible to her coworkers, clients, and community alike.
Born in Utah, she and her family moved to Grand Junction to build a family business. She’s called the Grand Valley for 37 years. She and her husband have two young kids that have been life’s greatest blessings.
When not at work, she enjoys reading as many books as she can get her hands on and spending time with her family. They love going on adventures, camping, and anything that takes them into the great outdoors.
